The many varieties of vines, cereals and fruit trees produce different vinegars that make the preparation of our food so unmistakably unique and linked to the traditions of the land from which it comes. This is how our vinegars are created. Our white wine vinegar is made from grapes that have been cultivated since the Middle Ages and are excellent for the table, for wine-making and for vinegar.
